What happens at the free consultation?
We’ll talk through the space, what you’d like to change and any timings that matter. We may suggest a short video walkthrough to help your lead organiser confirm the scope and price before you book.
Will I need to buy storage products?
We start with the storage you already have. If something else would make the space easier to use, we’ll explain the cost and ask you to approve it before purchase.
Who decides what to keep?
You do. We help you sort and talk through your options at your pace. We’ll agree what happens to any items you decide to let go.
Do you take photos in my home?
You can choose to share photos for planning. We ask for your permission before taking or using any photos for our website or marketing.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll share the booking and rescheduling terms before you commit.
